We typically ship within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping time depends on your delivery address.
We use USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ship your order, and we will provide tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. We are currently moving and are between two locations.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Email email@example.com with you order number.
Products damaged or defective upon arrival must be reported within 30 days after the product has been received. A damage or defective product deemed an error on our part will replaced at no cost to you. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged product to initiate replacement.
If you have not received your order and tracking information has not updated, please note the USPS is extremely delayed. First class packages that typically take 2-5 business days are taking 4-8 business days or longer.
