For domestic returns and exchanges:

You'll be emailed a prepaid shipping label for the return package.
Put that label on the package and drop it off at your local post office.
For international returns and exchanges:
Email us at email@example.com with your order number and the products you wish to return for refund or exchange, and we'll get you taken care of.
Our Fine Print
• Exchanges on domestic orders are free.
• Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 30 days after the order was placed.
• Exchanges must be made for products of equal or lesser value.
• You may exchange for another product of equal or lesser value, but no refund or credit will be issued.
• You can pay the difference on products of greater value.
• Returns for refund may be issued within 30 days of the purchase date.
• We do not accept returns for products that have been worn or washed.
• The original label must be on the product.
• We charge a $9 processing/restocking fee per order (not per product) for returns for refund.
• We will cover for the cost for shipping on exchanges and returns for refund within the United States.
• We will not cover the cost for shipping for international exchanges and returns for refund made outside the United States.
• Once we receive the exchanged or returned product(s) we will issue the refund or ship your replacement.
• We cannot provide returns or exchanges on sale products.
